Internship Overview

The Sales Specialist Internship provides students with hands-on experience in sales techniques, customer relationship management, and business development. Interns will work closely with the sales team to support various sales functions, including lead generation, client communication, and sales strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels such as online research, networking events, and marketing campaigns.

Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about Balmart Business Academy’s programs and services.

Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.

Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on leads and clients.

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for business growth.

Follow up with leads and clients to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.

Internship Information

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
