Internship Overview
The Social Media Moderator Internship is designed to give students practical experience in managing and moderating social media platforms. Interns will work closely with the marketing team to engage with our online community, ensure adherence to community guidelines, and enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and moderate social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Review and approve user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with community guidelines and brand standards.
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Identify and address negative comments or potential issues promptly, escalating to senior team members when necessary.
Track and analyze community engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive social media strategy.
Internship Information
– Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business).
– Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their functionalities.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to handle sensitive and negative interactions with professionalism and tact.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
