Internship Overview
The Social Media Specialist Internship is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in managing and growing social media platforms for a professional business academy. Interns will work closely with the marketing team to create, curate, and analyze content, as well as engage with the online community to enhance the academy’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and design engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely updates across all platforms.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Provide regular reports on performance and insights.
Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, promotions, and events.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the academy’s social media presence.
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.
Internship Information
– Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business).
– Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their functionalities.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and original content.
– Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
– Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
