Internship Overview
The WordPress Support Specialist Internship is designed to offer hands-on experience in providing technical support and assistance for WordPress websites. Interns will work closely with our digital team to troubleshoot issues, assist in website maintenance, and ensure optimal performance of WordPress sites.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective support to users experiencing issues with WordPress websites.
Assist in routine updates, backups, and security checks for WordPress sites.s.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to themes, plugins, and site functionality.
Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand and address their WordPress-related needs.
Maintain clear and detailed documentation of support requests and resolutions.
Assist in training users on basic WordPress functionalities and best practices.
Conduct testing to ensure websites are responsive, functional, and user-friendly.
Internship Information
